The FloodMaster FM-080 Series of Total Water Main Shut-off and Alarm products are designed to detect a water leak and then automatically shut off the water main supply line. Specific model selection is based on valve size required to interface to the designated water main pipe. Standard valve selections are ¾", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2", 3" and 4".

While other FloodMaster leak detection products are intended for localized appliance control, the FM080 series is designed for the complete shutoff of water to the entire building or facility plumbing section. When the sensor puck comes in contact with water, the system will automatically shutdown the water feed line and sound an audible alarm, thus avoiding extensive water damage. FloodMaster units are easy to install and require no electrical wiring. An optional connection (24 Volt signal) to a home security panel or control room is also standard on all units.

Customized installations can be configured to allow for remote location of the alarm box. The FM080 Series is ideal for localized leak detection and up to five additional sensor pucks can be wired to the alarm box. Custom sensor cable lengths are available to meet specific application needs. Consult FloodMaster for all custom configurations. FloodMaster recommends that installation be completed by a professional plumber to ensure that all local code requirements are followed.
