The FloodMaster FM-180 Series of Wireless Total Water Main Shut-off and Alarm products are designed to detect a water leak and then automatically shut off the water main supply line. Specific model selection is based on valve size required to interface to the designated water main pipe. Standard valve selections are ¾", 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2", 3" and 4".

While other FloodMaster leak detection products are intended for localized appliance control, the FM180 series is designed for leak detection on multiple floors or living levels and when activated, provides complete shutoff of water to the entire building or facility plumbing section. The FM180 Series is ideal for leak detection in commercial properties, multi-unit dwellings, vacation homes and any application that calls for leak detection on multiple floors or living levels. Each system comes with two, battery operated, pre-programmed sensor pucks and additional sensor pucks can be added to the system to meet any application requirement. Additional sensor pucks require an easy "teach" step to begin communication with the alarm box. Wireless sensor puck range is 100' from the alarm box*.

When a sensor puck comes in contact with water, the system will automatically shutdown the water main line and sound an audible alarm, thus avoiding extensive water damage to home and property. FloodMaster units are easy to install and require no electrical wiring. An optional connection (24 Volt signal) to a home security panel or control room is also standard on all units.

Customized installations can be configured to allow for remote location of the alarm box. Consult FloodMaster for all custom configurations. FloodMaster recommends that installation be completed by a professional plumber to ensure that all local code requirements are followed.
