FloodMaster's FM-097 is a complete alarm system designed for condensate leak detection and water chiller leak detection in HVAC and HVACR systems.
Placing the sensor in the drip pan or in close proximity to the condensate line will allow the alarm to sound once water has been detected by the sensor or accumulated to a height of approximately 1/2" in the overflow pan. The FM-097 provides an optional signal wire that can be wired through an appropriate relay (not included) to turn off the HVAC unit when the alarm is activated to prevent further leaking.
